About the role

  • own production workflows across live and produced content, from ideation through final delivery
  • build and execute run-of-shows for daily live productions across the B/R App and YouTube
  • partner directly with on-air talent, athletes, and creators, helping them prepare, and deliver compelling content
  • support the coordination across internal teams (production, social, design, editorial) and external partners throughout all phases of production
  • support pre-production planning for shoots, including creative development, logistics, and talent prep
  • work with editors and producers in post-production: shape story, review cuts, and elevate creative execution across both longform and short-form content

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in digital, studio, or live event production
  • strong knowledge and passion for sports
  • strong understanding of post-production workflows and storytelling
  • fundamental knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, Photoshop, etc.)
  • highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • proactive self-starter who can anticipate needs and lead without being asked
