About the role
- The Senior Developer, Workday Integration will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining Workday integration solutions within the organization.
- Ensure seamless integration of Workday with other enterprise systems, addressing any technical challenges that arise.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the effective management and support of Workday integrations.
- Develop integration solutions, troubleshoot issues, and continuous improvement of Workday integration processes.
- Monitor integration performance and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Provide technical support for integration issues and enhancements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including HR, IT, and business units.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Workday integration development, preferably within HRIS or related fields.
- Proven track record of designing and developing Workday integration solutions using Workday Studio, EIBs, and Workday Web Services.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
