About the role

  • The Manager, Media & Commercial Planning leads the strategic output of the Media Planning team.
  • Ensure all multimedia media plans are insight-driven, commercially sound, and sales-ready.
  • Provide market insights, audience research, and performance learnings that strengthen proposals.
  • Oversee the development of integrated multimedia media strategies across various platforms.
  • Lead the use of audience, market, and performance insights to strengthen media recommendations.
  • Serve as a strategic partner to Sales leadership.

Requirements

  • 7–10 years of experience in media planning, strategy, or commercial planning , preferably in an ad sales or agency environment.
  • Proven experience leading multimedia and digital-first media strategies .
  • Strong understanding of digital, CTV/Streaming, programmatic, and audience-based planning .
  • Experience managing or mentoring planning teams.
  • Strong analytical and storytelling skills, with the ability to turn data into insights.
  • Advanced Excel and comfort working with large datasets.
