About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- The Manager, Media & Commercial Planning leads the strategic output of the Media Planning team.
- Ensure all multimedia media plans are insight-driven, commercially sound, and sales-ready.
- Provide market insights, audience research, and performance learnings that strengthen proposals.
- Oversee the development of integrated multimedia media strategies across various platforms.
- Lead the use of audience, market, and performance insights to strengthen media recommendations.
- Serve as a strategic partner to Sales leadership.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 7–10 years of experience in media planning, strategy, or commercial planning , preferably in an ad sales or agency environment.
- Proven experience leading multimedia and digital-first media strategies .
- Strong understanding of digital, CTV/Streaming, programmatic, and audience-based planning .
- Experience managing or mentoring planning teams.
- Strong analytical and storytelling skills, with the ability to turn data into insights.
- Advanced Excel and comfort working with large datasets.
