About the role
- Design and end-to-end implementation of AI-powered features.
- Own selected AI capabilities from idea to production.
- Productionize LLM- and RAG-based systems.
- Collaborate with data engineers, product, and stakeholders.
- Establish and champion best practices for building AI products.
- Mentor engineers in the team on AI application development.
Requirements
- 9-13 years of software engineering experience
- 5+ years of a proven track record in building and deploying machine learning/AI-powered products to production
- Strong software engineering fundamentals
- Hands-on experience with modern LLM application development
- Experience deploying AI systems on cloud platforms
- Ability to work pragmatically across the stack.
- Comfort operating as a Staff-level engineer
