About the role
- Focus on supporting the Global Order to Cash Studios businesses by managing Accounts Receivable
- Manage accounts receivable data in a high-volume, team-oriented environment
- Handle multiple invoices and titles while ensuring compliance with corporate accounts receivable and credit policies
- Initiate customer contact to request necessary data
- Follow up on outstanding information
- Report on the status of data received
- Perform accounts receivable analysis, conduct account reconciliations
- Engage with customers to resolve open balances and secure timely payments
- Maintain positive customer relationships
- Communicate with customers via phone and email to gather required information
Requirements
- Fluent in English
- 1 to 3 years’ experience in Account Receivables reconciliations/Collections
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance or related field is preferred
- Quick problem solver
- Team player
- Good time management skills
- Excellent listening, oral, and written communication skills
- Experience in SAP ERP preferred
- Great organizational and interpersonal skills
- High level of analytical skills and problem-solving skills
- Complete understanding of the Order to Cash process
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Powerpoint)
