About the role

  • Responsible for selling across TNT Sports including Bleacher Report and House of Highlights
  • Generate revenue through partnerships and collaborate closely with Marketing, Planning, and Account Services teams to ensure programs meet and exceed client KPIs
  • Build and leverage relationships with key contacts at major agencies and national brands
  • Partner with internal teams to deliver cross-platform programs across premier leagues such as the NCAA, NHL, MLB, NASCAR, Roland Garros and more
  • Manage and analyze the performance of clients' campaigns to recommend and tailor solutions based on client objectives and KPIs
  • Grow existing portfolio of clients to drive and upsell Sports + Bleacher Report / House of Highlights

Requirements

  • At least 5 years’ media sales experience required
  • Strong, established relationships with key decision makers in Detroit and other large clients in the upper Midwest
  • Proven track record of negotiating, structuring and closing media brand partnerships with emphasis on growing revenue
  • An entrepreneurial mindset – creative thinker, results-oriented, passionate, confident, ability to thrive in an unstructured environment
  • Strong understanding of the GEN Z sports fanatic/user/viewer
  • Ability to understand media industry, changing technology and convey it in an easy-to-understand manner
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational/project management skills
  • Provide account management to a portfolio of clients
  • Develop, manage, optimize and support strategic account plans
