User Researcher

• Develop research plans in partnership with Product leads, Product Designers, and other stakeholders, choosing the methods (qualitative, quantitative, mixed) to best inform research needs.
• Conduct research that drives product insights to inform decision making and prioritization of product features/enhancements that increase user engagement, conversion and retention.
• Effectively communicate findings from variety of inputs including analytics, survey results, user behavior, and other data to craft actionable and unbiased recommendations.
• Establish strong and productive relationships with product management and cross-functional teams to understand the needs of the business and use that knowledge to inform research strategy.
• Collaborate cross-functionally around strategic initiatives to align resources and methodology with business needs.
• Self-starter and able to manage projects and deadlines, whilst also being able to pivot as needed.
• Adept at mentoring junior researchers.
