About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide prompt, friendly, and efficient service to all guests
- Accurately take, prepare, and serve food and beverage orders according to recipes, presentation standards, and outlet procedures
- Maintain knowledge of menu offerings and make recommendations based on guest preferences
- Review completed orders with guests for accuracy and satisfaction
- Operate point-of-sale systems and follow cash-handling procedures
- Maintain clean, organized, and sanitary workstations
- Comply with company policies, procedures, internal controls, gaming regulations, and applicable legal requirements
- Attend required meetings and training sessions
- Maintain a professional appearance and provide exceptional guest and team-member service
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
What you’ll need- Must be at least 19 years of age
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Previous food service, server, or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to operate mobile devices, touch-screen technology, and point-of-sale systems
- Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Frequent standing, walking, and movement throughout restaurant and gaming environments
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds
- Ability to work varying schedules, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended hours as business needs require
- Ability to maintain balance, coordination, and endurance throughout assigned shifts
- Frequent reaching, bending, and manual dexterity required
- Travel is not required
