Beverage Outlet Manager
WarHorse GamingFood & Beverage Manager at WarHorse Gaming leading multiple outlets and ensuring guest satisfaction through operational excellence. Partnering with culinary teams and overseeing financial performance and team development.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead, schedule, supervise, train, and develop front-of-house Team Members
- Partner closely with culinary leadership to ensure quality, consistency, and timely service
- Drive exceptional guest service while resolving concerns professionally and efficiently
- Maintain high standards of sanitation, safety, and food quality
- Monitor labor, food costs, inventory, payroll, and departmental budgets
- Oversee POS operations and ensure accurate cash handling and comp procedures
- Develop promotions and operational strategies to increase revenue and guest engagement
- Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, gaming regulations, and health standards
- Inspect equipment, supplies, and work areas to maintain operational excellence
- Foster a positive, team-oriented culture focused on accountability and guest satisfaction
- Support and uphold the Mission, Vision, and Values of WarHorse Gaming
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 8 years of Food & Beverage experience
- Minimum of 5 years in a leadership or supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of restaurant and hospitality operations
- Experience with POS systems and operational programming
- Financial management, budgeting, and labor control experience
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Certifications & Licensing: Nebraska Gaming License, Food Handler Certification, ServSafe Certification, TIPS Alcohol Certification
