About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversee daily slot operations and drive performance optimization across all gaming systems
- Manage slot analytics, maintenance coordination, team leadership, and regulatory compliance
- Lead day-to-day slot operations, including installs, upgrades, conversions, and maintenance coordination
- Analyze slot performance data to identify trends and improve profitability
- Manage, coach, and evaluate team members; oversee hiring and training processes
- Ensure compliance with all internal policies and applicable gaming regulations
- Maintain optimal staffing levels and support special events and promotions
- Monitor operational effectiveness and implement continuous improvement strategies
- Collaborate with HR on employee relations and performance management
- Deliver high-quality guest service, resolving issues with professionalism and discretion
- Stay current on industry trends, systems, and technologies
- Maintain security and accountability of company-issued equipment
Requirements
What you’ll need- Must be 21 years or older
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of slot operations experience; 3+ years in a leadership role preferred
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Proven leadership and team management ability
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and slot/player tracking systems
- Knowledge of gaming regulations and compliance standards
