About the role

  • Manage migration and implementation projects for new clients;
  • Monitor projects in the active portfolio, ensuring deadlines, quality and technical alignment;
  • Work alongside the Technical Coordinator on project planning and execution;
  • Monitor KPIs, risks and deliverables, proposing corrective actions when necessary;
  • Act as the focal point between the client and internal teams;
  • Manage a client portfolio with a Customer Success mindset, ensuring retention, satisfaction and increased system adoption.

Requirements

  • Experience with project management and Customer Success
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Organized, self-managed, and able to prioritize effectively.
