About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Perform full life cycle recruiting to include sourcing, screening, interview scheduling and offer negotiation for assigned open positions
  • Partner with hiring managers to facilitate the recruiting process from start to finish. Be a trusted advisor to leaders
  • Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to find the best talent for Ware Malcomb
  • Proactively source and establish relationships with candidates to build a consistent pipeline of talent
  • Create a positive candidate and hiring manager experience
  • Understand Ware Malcomb culture and what makes a great candidate. Promote WM culture and values.
  • Leverage Ware Malcomb’s internal network to gather team member referrals
  • Manage assigned open positions and candidate workflow in ATS
  • Contribute to initiatives that support the evolution and improvement of the TA team
  • Participate in the WM Culture, Community, Philanthropy programs and initiatives
  • Assist in the development and implementation of new sourcing methods, tools, and strategies

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 7+ years full life cycle recruiting experience preferably within the field of Architecture, Interior Designer and/or Civil Engineering. Other technical, engineering, design or professional services related recruiting experience will also be considered.
  • A combination or corporate and agency recruiting experience preferred
  • Preferred College Degree/Certificate or Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in an accredited related program.
  • Strong sourcing skill set with experience in a variety of sourcing tools and methods
  • Experience in the implementation and execution of strategic searches
  • Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in a fast-paced environment across multiple locations
  • Experience in the use of an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Excellent time management and communication skills

  • The final agreed upon compensation is based on individual education, qualifications, experience, licensing, project specialty/complexity and work location. We may exceed the posted compensation range for candidates who surpass the posted requirements. At Ware Malcomb, certain roles are bonus eligible.
