About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Perform full life cycle recruiting to include sourcing, screening, interview scheduling and offer negotiation for assigned open positions
- Partner with hiring managers to facilitate the recruiting process from start to finish. Be a trusted advisor to leaders
- Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to find the best talent for Ware Malcomb
- Proactively source and establish relationships with candidates to build a consistent pipeline of talent
- Create a positive candidate and hiring manager experience
- Understand Ware Malcomb culture and what makes a great candidate. Promote WM culture and values.
- Leverage Ware Malcomb’s internal network to gather team member referrals
- Manage assigned open positions and candidate workflow in ATS
- Contribute to initiatives that support the evolution and improvement of the TA team
- Participate in the WM Culture, Community, Philanthropy programs and initiatives
- Assist in the development and implementation of new sourcing methods, tools, and strategies
Requirements
What you’ll need- 7+ years full life cycle recruiting experience preferably within the field of Architecture, Interior Designer and/or Civil Engineering. Other technical, engineering, design or professional services related recruiting experience will also be considered.
- A combination or corporate and agency recruiting experience preferred
- Preferred College Degree/Certificate or Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in an accredited related program.
- Strong sourcing skill set with experience in a variety of sourcing tools and methods
- Experience in the implementation and execution of strategic searches
- Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in a fast-paced environment across multiple locations
- Experience in the use of an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Excellent time management and communication skills

- The final agreed upon compensation is based on individual education, qualifications, experience, licensing, project specialty/complexity and work location. We may exceed the posted compensation range for candidates who surpass the posted requirements. At Ware Malcomb, certain roles are bonus eligible.
