About the role
- Drive financial visibility and support strategic decision-making across the firm
- Review and analyze income statements, including variance analysis and performance commentary for leadership
- Design, maintain, and enhance Power BI data models, DAX measures, and interactive dashboards to provide timely and actionable insights across the firm
- Act as a Deltek Vantagepoint system administrator, managing security roles, workflows, and data integrity, while serving as a liaison with IT for upgrades and troubleshooting
- Develop and deliver ad-hoc reports and financial models to support project performance reviews, forecasting, and strategic decision-making
- Partner with project managers, operations, and leadership teams to improve project visibility, reporting accuracy, and financial accountability
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in financial analysis
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business or a related discipline preferred
- Advanced Excel skills
- Power BI experience with data modeling, DAX formula language, and report building preferred
- AEC experience preferred
- Deltek Vantagepoint administration experience preferred
- Understanding of financial statements and accounting practices
