About the role
- Lead the structural design and delivery of projects from concept through construction
- Provide hands-on technical leadership and act as a key resource for project teams
- Collaborate closely with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders
- Contribute to project planning and decision-making
- Mentor and develop engineering staff
- Support quality assurance and quality control efforts
- Lead internal and external project meetings
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from an ABET-accredited program
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required
- Professional Structural Engineer (SE) license preferred
- 8+ years of progressive experience in structural engineering
- Strong proficiency in Revit and structural analysis/design software
- Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and provide technical guidance to team members
