- As an Interior Designer at Ware Malcomb, you will deliver innovative design solutions to diverse clients from pre-design to design development. You will develop RFP, conceptual, schematic and design development packages to create spaces that meet the highest standards of design and functionality. You will guide the design process, collaborate with project teams, and ensure project outcomes meet design intent.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Interior Architecture & Design
- Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design or Architecture
- Registered Interior Designer (ARIDO) and NCIDQ Certified strongly preferred
- Very strong conceptual design skills
- Experience preparing CD working drawings; permit/tender and coordinating MEP and Structural disciplines.
- Strong AutoCAD skills and preferred Revit skills
