Software Engineer

• Working as part of an established engineering team
• Maximise plant reliability and performance to ensure our high standards of quality are achieved
• Manage the preventative maintenance system
• Ensure overall equipment efficiency reducing downtime and damage
• Plan and schedule all maintenance activity including backlog, spares and materials
• Work collaboratively with Reliability Managers, the Stores Coordinator and Engineering site leads
• Support plant criticality reviews
• Review maintenance plans
• Establish critical spares
• Be the key user for the site SAP PM maintenance system and reporting

Engineering Planner

Full-stack Engineer

• Support the delivery of planned and preventative maintenance
• Develop and lead a small team of 3 Multi Skilled Engineers to drive the effectiveness of the engineering team in reducing downtime and increasing productivity
• Ensure daily preventative maintenance activities are completed to a high standard
• Resolve breakdowns quickly and efficiently to maximise plant reliability, performance, product quality and safety
• Take lead on more complex maintenance tasks
• Ensure required parts are available
• Responsible for a detailed handover to the next shift team
• Lead the short interval control meetings with production team

Engineering Team Leader

• Supporting production lines during minor breakdowns and stoppages
• Carrying out basic fault finding and simple repairs under supervision

Engineering Technician

Operations

• To ensure all employees across their Manufacturing location have the knowledge, skills and behaviours to fulfil organisational needs and ambitions.
• In collaboration with the operational management teams, HR and Learning Delivery Specialists, identify compliance and technical training needs and develop plans to address needs ensuring they are aligned to the Manufacturing plan.
• Deliver on the job and group learning solutions (either face to face or virtually) across a range of technical, Compliance & SOP Training for all Manufacturing roles.
• Manage and implement the annual manufacturing training plan, utilising Learning Hub to ensure that processes are managed, and accurate training records are maintained.
• Use data and reports to monitor performance and engage Cell Leads & Co-ordinators to identify actions to address gaps.
• Ensure all new starters induction training and safety training is delivered and validated through relevant competency checks.
• Provide support and training records to enable relevant site audits e.g. BRC, FSQMS, Manufacturing Excellence.
• Contribute to the evaluation the impact of appropriate Manufacturing learning interventions across levels 1 & 2 of the Kirkpatrick model to ensure learning outcomes are achieved.
• Coach and develop the capability of all Train the trainers in Manufacturing to ensure high standards and consistency of delivery are met.
• Contribute to the development of junior operational talent, including next generation talent (apprentices) by coaching & mentoring.
