About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the full business development lifecycle from prospecting and outreach through discovery, proposal development, negotiation, and close.
  • Build and execute outbound business development strategies that generate qualified pipeline and new revenue opportunities.
  • Develop relationships with senior decision-makers across target accounts and industries.
  • Contribute to Growth Strategy by partnering with the Chief Growth Officer to identify market opportunities, target segments, and strategic growth initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Client Services to strengthen lead generation and client acquisition efforts.
  • Manage, coach, and develop the Business Development Representative (BDR) to drive pipeline growth and business development performance.
  • Establish and continuously improve business development processes, sales methodologies, and outbound strategies.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 8-12 years of experience in sales or business development
  • 3-6 years of experience leading, coaching, or mentoring business development or sales professionals
  • Track record of closing complex, consultative deals with senior stakeholders
  • Strong strategic thinking and ability to identify new market opportunities
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with experience operating in high-growth environments.
