About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Reports To: Content Director
- Location: Milwaukee, WI (Hybrid)
- Employment Type: Full-Time, Salaried, Exempt
- As the Photographer and Multimedia Fashion Creative, you shoot and edit compelling on-figure and off-figure content, create and deliver content for performance ads, social content, and lifestyle imagery using the latest tools, including AI, ready to publish natively across Meta, TikTok, and beyond.
- Play a critical role in how our brands come to life visually and how they perform, acting as a true creative partner to the Content Director, Production & Photo Studio Manager, and Sr. Director of Marketing & Creative within a high-performing, high-velocity production environment.
- Own end-to-end execution of on-figure and off-figure photography for e-commerce and marketing.
- Act as creative lead on set — building impact-driven shot lists and leading lighting, composition, framing, motion, and visual direction.
- Direct models, freelance talent, and HMU with confidence and clarity.
- Capture and edit engaging short-form video and motion content for social, paid, and e-commerce using both mobile and professional equipment.
- Test and iterate on video formats, hooks, pacing, and editing styles using performance insights and channel trends.
- Maintain and organize studio equipment; proactively research new tools and technology that improve efficiency and reduce production cost.
- Concept, design, and deliver high-performing digital ads for Meta, TikTok, and other paid/growth channels static, motion, and video.
- Create native, channel-first content for TikTok, Instagram, and other social platforms designed to feel organic while laddering up to brand and campaign goals.
- Champion AI as a force multiplier across ideation, prototyping, production, and iteration, while maintaining a high bar for craft, originality, and brand integrity.
- Partner and support the Content Director and Sr. Director of Marketing & Creative to execute cohesive, on-brand campaigns across paid, social, email, SMS, landing pages, and e-commerce.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5–8+ years of experience with a strong foundation in fashion/e-commerce/commercial photography and videography, complemented by performance/ad design and social content creation. We value demonstrated impact over exact tenure.
- A portfolio that demonstrates:
- - Photography + videography across on-figure and off-figure (primary).
- - Strong creative direction instincts (not just technical execution).
- - High-performing paid/social ad creative tied to measurable outcomes.
- - Elevated, brand-forward imagery and content at scale.
- Deep expertise in:
- - Lighting, composition, and on-set direction.
- - Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Capture One, and motion tools.
- - AI creative tools (generative image/video, LLM workflows, in-house tools like Wantable Create).
- - Digital Asset Management and metadata tagging.
- On-camera comfort and presence — including hosting TikTok Live selling and appearing in social content.
- Strong understanding of how creative impacts performance metrics (CTR, CVR, CAC, engagement, retention).
- Proven ability to work with low oversight and high ownership; build shot lists and make independent creative decisions; and balance speed, quality, and output volume.

- - Proven track record with live commerce / live selling (TikTok Shop, etc.).
- - Understanding of how creative impacts conversion and engagement.
- Additional Requirements
- - Ability to perform work in a studio, office, and production environment
- - Ability to remain stationary and/or move throughout studio and production areas for extended periods of time
- - Ability to occasionally lift and move equipment and materials consistent with the essential functions of the role
- - Ability to operate photography, video, and computer equipment as required to perform job duties
- - Ability to visually inspect and evaluate creative content, digital assets, and production quality
- - Ability to appear on camera for social content and live selling.
- - Ability to work onsite at the Milwaukee, WI HQ office 3+ days per week.
- - Ability to adapt to changing production schedules, priorities, and business needs
- - Ability to travel occasionally to off-site production or shoot locations, if required
