Project Manager

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own project timelines from kickoff through delivery, keeping teams aligned and on track
- Manage workflow, routing, and approvals across departments using our agency systems
- Anticipate risks, resolve bottlenecks, and keep projects moving forward
- Partner closely with Account Service on scope, budgets, and project plans
- Coordinate resources and monitor team capacity across multiple projects
- Track budgets, timelines, and scope while flagging risks and changes early
- Lead day-to-day execution, ensuring smooth handoffs and high-quality deliverables
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2–4 years of project management experience in an ad agency setting
- Experience managing integrated campaigns (print, digital, social, broadcast, etc.)
- Strong understanding of agency workflow and cross-functional collaboration
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Experience using Project Management tools (Advantage is a plus)
