About the role

  • Support the strategic execution of sports marketing campaigns, influencer partnerships, and philanthropic activations
  • Identify, research, and pursue new corporate NIL influencer, brand, and philanthropic activation opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with athletic departments, agents, athletes, and corporate partners
  • Prepare contracts, ensure compliance with NIL and NCAA standards, and manage approval workflows with athletes, agents, and administrators
  • Develop campaign strategies, presentations, and recruitment materials that highlight athlete stories and drive brand engagement
  • Lead the creation of student-athlete bios, social media playbooks, and philanthropic activation strategies
  • Coordinate production sessions, media days, live events, and other campaign activations, ensuring seamless logistics and execution
  • Manage deal sheets, licensing agreements, and financial documentation through Opendorse and NILGo platforms
  • Represent WTA at donor events, specialty nights, and NIL activations while showcasing the agency’s sports marketing value proposition
  • Track, measure, and report campaign outcomes to clients and internal stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations for future initiatives

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sports Management, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years in sports marketing, influencer marketing, or sponsorship activation (NIL experience strongly preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of NIL regulations and NCAA compliance standards
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills especially with diverse stakeholders including C-Suite executives
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines in a dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite as well as presentation software (PowerPoint/Keynote). Familiarity with Opendorse or similar platform preferred
