Key responsibilities & impact

Create invoices according to company practices.
Create reports regarding the current status of customer accounts as requested.
Review billing documentation for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with client contracts and company policies.
Maintain organized billing records and supporting documentation in accordance with company retention policies.
Collaborate with the Manager to reconcile accounts receivable on a periodic (at least bimonthly) basis.
Assist Accounting Manager in reconciling accounts each month.
Research and resolve billing discrepancies by coordinating with internal departments and vendors.
Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

What you’ll need

High School diploma or equivalent.
3+ years related experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software as well as other accounting software programs.
Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to anticipate work needs and interact professionally with vendors.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
