About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as a key partner in coordinating integrated marketing campaigns for dealership clients.
- Work closely with clients and cross-functional agency teams to support various marketing initiatives.
- Manage day-to-day project coordination, ensuring campaigns move efficiently through the agency.
- Ensure campaigns meet established timelines and stay within budget.
- Review all project materials for accuracy and completeness prior to launch.
- Track project status, identify potential risks, and communicate updates to the Account Supervisor.
- Maintain organized project documentation, timelines, and status reports to support efficient workflow.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, Communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in account management, advertising, marketing, or integrated production (TV, Print, Radio, Digital, or Experiential).
- Bilingual in English and Spanish required, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
- Retail marketing and/or automotive industry experience preferred.
- Experience coordinating multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent presentation, written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to build collaborative relationships with clients and cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate challenges and recommend solutions.
- Ability to prioritize competing deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and quality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook); experience with project management platforms is a plus.
- Comfortable reviewing creative assets, routing approvals, and managing project timelines from kickoff through delivery.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt in a dynamic, client-focused environment while maintaining professionalism under pressure.
