Build and develop the European Engineering HUB
Define roles, responsibilities, and competency models
Establish a scalable and efficient structure aligned with global standards
Manage the project lifecycle from inquiry to implementation
Establish best-in-class project management standards
Ensure alignment with global standards and processes
Plan and allocate hub resources
Ensure a balanced workload and proactively identify future resource needs

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Industrial/Mechanical), Business, or equivalent experience
At least 8–10 years of professional experience in Engineering, Sales, or Business Development in the metal cutting industry
Strong understanding of engineered solutions business and turnkey project-based sales
Customer-focus mindset
Skilled in delivering high-quality, customer-tailored technical solutions
Strong leadership abilities and excellent interpersonal skills
Good communicator with strong English skills
Willing to travel as needed
