About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and optimize CAM workflows and machining strategies for tool manufacturing.
- Work with process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives in our production units.
- Support the industrialization of new products, working closely with R&D and production teams.
- Collaborate with international engineering teams to share best practices and ensure consistent technical standards.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong background in metal cutting processes - turning, milling, drilling, and threading.
- Proven experience with CAM programming and modern machining strategies.
- Understanding of cutting tool design and manufacturing principles.
- A collaborative and innovative mindset with attention to technical detail.
- Proficiency in English (required); German and Romanian language skills are an advantage.
