About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for preparing and executing the monthly payroll while meeting all deadlines
Administratively support employees throughout the employment lifecycle, from onboarding and internal transfers to termination, including processing contract changes
Provide advice on all payroll-related matters, issue employment certificates and handle all tax and social security matters
Maintain personnel files and manage communications with health insurers and government authorities

Requirements

What you’ll need

Successfully completed commercial training (or equivalent) with a focus on HR and payroll accounting
Several years of professional experience as a payroll accountant and solid knowledge of employment law, payroll tax and social security law
Confident user of SAP HR/R3 and SAP S/4 HANA as well as MS Office applications, in particular Excel and Word
Strong service orientation and enjoyment of working in a team
