About the role
- Analyze, interpret and evaluate data and derive actionable recommendations
- Prepare KPIs, benchmarks and business cases, and produce (banking) reports
- Establish an efficient production controlling function
- Identify trends and developments and take appropriate measures to optimize performance and productivity
- Prepare forecasts
- Compile decision papers for management and provide advisory support
Requirements
- Degree in Economics (VWL), Business Administration (BWL) with a focus on controlling, or a comparable qualification
- Initial professional experience in controlling (including as part of a dual-study program)
- Analytical and conceptual thinker with a strong affinity for numbers
- Willingness and motivation to initiate and implement change
- IT affinity is a significant advantage
- Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel
