About the role
- Handling customer inquiries by phone and in writing, including providing updates on processing status
- Advising customers (m/f/d) on the optimal use of the online service for employees and employers in the construction sector
- Recording and maintaining customer data
Requirements
- Strong service orientation, empathy and commitment
- Excellent German language skills, both spoken and written
- Good verbal communication skills
- Experience with customer management software and MS Office
