You are the primary point of contact for prospects and customers regarding weclapp and work closely with our development team to clearly define requirements and translate them into solutions.
You guide customers through the entire process: requirements analysis → onboarding → implementation → go-live → daily support, ensuring structure, prioritization and a smooth workflow.
You conduct onboarding trainings, produce documentation and help teams truly master their weclapp system.
You collect customer needs, translate them into clear requirements and collaborate with the dev team on tailored solutions and plugins for e-commerce.

Requirements

Extensive weclapp experience (e.g. as a consultant, in-house in e-commerce, or directly within the weclapp ecosystem)
Strong ERP process understanding (Order-to-Cash, Purchase-to-Pay, master data, workflows)
Solid basics in accounting/finance (basic principles are sufficient — you don’t need to be a certified accountant)
Communication & structure: you listen well, ask clear follow-up questions, document precisely and work in a solution-oriented way
Languages: German fluent, English at least B2
Residency in Germany or Austria; work fully remote.
