About the role
- You are the primary point of contact for prospects and customers regarding weclapp and work closely with our development team to clearly define requirements and translate them into solutions.
- You guide customers through the entire process: requirements analysis → onboarding → implementation → go-live → daily support, ensuring structure, prioritization and a smooth workflow.
- You conduct onboarding trainings, produce documentation and help teams truly master their weclapp system.
- You collect customer needs, translate them into clear requirements and collaborate with the dev team on tailored solutions and plugins for e-commerce.
Requirements
- Extensive weclapp experience (e.g. as a consultant, in-house in e-commerce, or directly within the weclapp ecosystem)
- Strong ERP process understanding (Order-to-Cash, Purchase-to-Pay, master data, workflows)
- Solid basics in accounting/finance (basic principles are sufficient — you don’t need to be a certified accountant)
- Communication & structure: you listen well, ask clear follow-up questions, document precisely and work in a solution-oriented way
- Languages: German fluent, English at least B2
- Residency in Germany or Austria; work fully remote.
