Key responsibilities & impact

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field and 4 years' experience in business, operations, analytics, or related area OR 6 years' experience in business, operations, analytics, or related area
  • 2 years’ supervisory experience
  • 3 years’ project management experience
  • Experience managing large-scale, complex projects in industrial facilities, warehouses, distribution centers, or similar operating environments
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, competing priorities, and critical milestones
  • Proven leadership skills to influence stakeholders, build alignment, and collaborate across functions
  • Strong construction, mechanical, or electrical knowledge
  • Understanding of how technical dependencies impact project execution
  • Proactive risk management and problem-solving ability
  • Clear communication skills
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%
