About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead multiple distribution center conversion projects
- Ensure facility and infrastructure work remains aligned with automation implementation milestones
- Manage project performance across schedules, budgets, resources, dependencies, and competing priorities
- Partner with supply chain, design, construction, engineering, and implementation teams
- Translate business and operational needs into clear project plans
- Identify risks early, remove roadblocks, develop mitigation plans, and drive decisions
- Communicate project progress, risks, priorities, and key decisions to stakeholders and leadership
- Apply standard processes and share lessons learned
- Drive continuous improvement across projects and facilities
- Prepare regional distribution centers for next-generation automation
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field and 4 years' experience in business, operations, analytics, or related area OR 6 years' experience in business, operations, analytics, or related area
- 2 years’ supervisory experience
- 3 years’ project management experience
- Experience managing large-scale, complex projects in industrial facilities, warehouses, distribution centers, or similar operating environments
- Ability to manage multiple projects, competing priorities, and critical milestones
- Proven leadership skills to influence stakeholders, build alignment, and collaborate across functions
- Strong construction, mechanical, or electrical knowledge
- Understanding of how technical dependencies impact project execution
- Proactive risk management and problem-solving ability
- Clear communication skills
- Willingness to travel up to 25%
