Key responsibilities & impact

Lead multiple distribution center conversion projects
Ensure facility and infrastructure work remains aligned with automation implementation milestones
Manage project performance across schedules, budgets, resources, dependencies, and competing priorities
Partner with supply chain, design, construction, engineering, and implementation teams
Translate business and operational needs into clear project plans
Identify risks early, remove roadblocks, develop mitigation plans, and drive decisions
Communicate project progress, risks, priorities, and key decisions to stakeholders and leadership
Apply standard processes and share lessons learned
Drive continuous improvement across projects and facilities
Prepare regional distribution centers for next-generation automation

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field and 4 years' experience in business, operations, analytics, or related area OR 6 years' experience in business, operations, analytics, or related area
2 years’ supervisory experience
3 years’ project management experience
Experience managing large-scale, complex projects in industrial facilities, warehouses, distribution centers, or similar operating environments
Ability to manage multiple projects, competing priorities, and critical milestones
Proven leadership skills to influence stakeholders, build alignment, and collaborate across functions
Strong construction, mechanical, or electrical knowledge
Understanding of how technical dependencies impact project execution
Proactive risk management and problem-solving ability
Clear communication skills
Willingness to travel up to 25%
