About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in UI/UX design, graphic design, visual communication, product design, computer science, information technology, or related area and 3 years’ experience in UI/UX, interactive and visual design, electronics art, multimedia design, or related area; OR 5 years’ experience in those areas
  • Experience designing user experiences that bridge physical environments and digital products, such as self-service kiosks, self-checkouts, registers, or food-ordering kiosks
  • At least 5+ years of experience as a UX Designer, preferably in retail
  • Strong understanding of building design systems
  • Ability to work through ambiguous problems for different user types in the same environment
  • Expertise in user experience design, user research, prototyping, and interaction design
  • Experience designing for in-store associates and customers
  • Ability to conduct user discovery through interviews, surveys, and journey mapping
  • Experience managing stakeholder relationships and building consensus
  • Proficiency analyzing qualitative and quantitative data
  • Skills in usability testing, iteration, and user-centered design principles
  • Ability to develop detailed design specifications, wireframes, and prototypes
