About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Operate and maintain pressure washing equipment to clean facility surfaces
Evaluate cleaning areas and determine appropriate pressure, temperature, and methods
Perform preventative maintenance and safety checks on power washing machinery and corporate vehicles
Respond to work orders, document tasks, and communicate updates with facility users and management
Maintain equipment inventory, install wear parts, and ensure proper storage of tools and vehicles
Collaborate with teams to meet operational priorities and support facility maintenance needs
Execute seasonal exterior maintenance, including snow removal and de-icing activities
Maintain safe, clean, and well-kept Walmart facilities

Requirements

What you’ll need

Must be 21 years of age or older
Ability to successfully complete a DOT physical and secure medical certification during pre-hire contingency
Maintain a minimum 90-day Medical Examiner's Certification (MEC) card
No convictions for DUI, DWI, OUI, or reckless driving involving alcohol or drugs within the last three years
No more than two moving violations in the last three years, if driving a commercial motor vehicle
No serious traffic violations under Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations in the last three years, if operating a commercial motor vehicle
No preventable accidents under Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations in the last three years, if operating a commercial motor vehicle
Ability to read and speak English
Ability to work alternative shifts, including overnight or weekends
Valid state-issued driver's license and ability to pass a motor vehicle report
Commercial driving record with no DUI, DWI, or OUI convictions within the last five years
Commercial driving record with no more than two moving violations in the last three years
Proven experience operating and maintaining pressure washing equipment and related machinery
Strong knowledge of safety procedures and preventative maintenance for power washing and heavy equipment
Ability to evaluate surfaces and determine appropriate cleaning methods and pressure settings
Equipment inspections, maintenance, and inventory management skills
Ability to operate corporate vehicles safely and conduct required vehicle inspections
Effective communication skills to coordinate with facility users, managers, and team members
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work collaboratively
