About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own strategy, roadmap, and execution of products enabling stores, clubs, and merchant teams to plan, locate, execute, and measure merchandising features
- Improve inventory location accuracy, merchandising execution, feature discoverability, and operational efficiency through digital tools and data-driven workflows
- Own the Store Feature Order Tool, merchandising feature location management, inventory location accuracy solutions, and feature planning platforms
- Drive strategy and execution for complex products from discovery through value realization
- Build customer and business understanding using data analysis, journey mapping, and feedback mechanisms
- Define and communicate multi-quarter product vision and strategy
- Align stakeholders and guide roadmap priorities using market and competitive insights
- Manage product lifecycle and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions
- Establish clear acceptance criteria and performance measures
- Leverage data and experimentation to validate assumptions and optimize prioritization
- Identify AI-powered feature opportunities
- Influence technical direction through collaboration with Engineering
- Mentor less experienced product managers
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 7 years’ experience in product management; OR 9 years’ experience in product management or related area
- Proven experience leading product strategy and managing roadmaps for complex or multiple related products
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Expertise in data-driven decision making, including advanced analytics and experimentation
- Deep understanding of customer needs through structured research, journey mapping, and feedback synthesis
- Knowledge of emerging technologies and their application to product innovation and lifecycle management
- Ability to translate technical concepts and market insights into clear product vision and measurable outcomes
- Experience mentoring product managers and fostering rigorous discovery and launch readiness processes
