Key responsibilities & impact

Deliver platform capabilities including infrastructure, tooling, and ML frameworks aligned with roadmap milestones and domain priorities
Drive full software development lifecycle activities, including coding, testing, deployment, monitoring, and maintenance
Apply cloud-native architecture principles to build scalable, resilient, and agile systems
Conduct system design reviews to validate feasibility, quality, and architectural alignment
Build AI-driven applications integrating ML components and automation features using multiple programming languages
Mentor engineers and influence technical decisions
Promote engineering excellence through documentation and knowledge sharing
Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements
Track success metrics using data-driven practices

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 4 years’ experience in software engineering or related area; or 6 years’ experience in software engineering or related area
Proven expertise in cloud-native architecture, including microservices, containers, and automation
Strong software development skills across coding, testing, CI/CD deployment, and maintenance
Experience in platform engineering, infrastructure, tooling, and AI/ML integration
Experience using Python, Java, and JavaScript
Ability to conduct system design reviews and apply software design patterns
Knowledge of secure, maintainable, and modular solutions
Demonstrated leadership in mentoring engineers and influencing architectural decisions
Proficiency in data-driven decision making and debugging
