Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, industrial engineering, engineering management, business, information systems, project/program management, information technology, finance, management, or related area and 5 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area (Option 1)
7 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area (Option 2)
2 years’ supervisory experience
Deep air freight and global logistics expertise
Freight forwarding operations experience
CargoWise experience
Ability to translate business requirements into technology solutions
Experience leading cross-functional implementations
Ability to influence stakeholders across Operations, Product, and Engineering
Experience improving transportation processes
Experience solving problems with data
Experience driving operational transformation
