About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support and implement emergency response processes for uninvited guests, catastrophic events, and evacuations
Assess emergency situations and prioritize actions
Greet and assist associates and visitors and direct them appropriately
Coordinate vendors and contractors for arrivals and deliveries
Manage visitor check-in and check-out, verifying identification, approval, and policy compliance
Handle calls and maintain contact lists
Schedule equipment and meeting rooms for operational readiness
Collaborate with team members and business partners to complete assignments and communicate progress
Identify opportunities to improve security operations

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience in corporate security and emergency management protocols
Strong communication skills to coordinate with associates, visitors, and external partners
Ability to assess and prioritize emergency situations and facilitate escalation or de-escalation
Experience managing visitor access and security procedures, including verification and compliance
Proficiency in supporting office operations, scheduling, and maintaining security of assets
Commitment to company policies, ethical standards, and a respectful workplace environment
Ability to collaborate with teams and adapt to changing priorities
High School Diploma/GED and 1 year customer service experience OR 3 years' experience in customer service or related area
Walmart or Sam's Club experience preferred
