Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead development and delivery of scalable platform capabilities, including infrastructure, tooling, and AI/ML frameworks
  • Own the full software development lifecycle from design and coding through deployment, monitoring, and maintenance
  • Apply cloud-native architecture principles to build scalable, resilient, and agile systems
  • Conduct system design reviews to validate feasibility, quality, and architectural alignment
  • Build AI-driven applications and integrate ML components for automation and multi-step reasoning
  • Mentor engineers and influence technical decisions
  • Promote engineering excellence through documentation and knowledge sharing
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and optimize development processes
  • Develop advanced iOS advertising experiences focused on architecture, performance, and monetization
  • Deliver reusable frameworks and SDKs that enhance the shopper journey
  • Use data-driven decision-making and best practices to improve platform performance and developer productivity

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience in AdTech, Retail Media, Search, Video, or consumer monetization platforms
  • Experience developing reusable iOS frameworks and SDKs
  • Familiarity with experimentation frameworks, analytics, measurement, and performance instrumentation
  • Experience with SwiftUI, UIKit interoperability, and modern iOS development practices
  • Experience building high-traffic consumer applications at scale
  • Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 4 years’ experience in software engineering or related area
  • Option 2: 6 years’ experience in software engineering or related area
  • Sponsorship is NOT available in this role
  • Preferred: Master’s degree in a relevant field and 2 years' experience in software engineering or related area
  • Preferred knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and digital accessibility best practices
