About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead seller engagement initiatives supporting Walmart Marketplace’s Seller Risk organization
- Translate business priorities into seller-facing communications, go-to-market strategies, and enablement programs
- Partner with Business Operations, Seller Support, Marketing, Product, Policy, and other stakeholders
- Execute the Seller Engagement strategy for the Seller Risk organization
- Identify opportunities to improve seller understanding, simplify complex risk experiences, and increase transparency
- Lead engagement strategies for new risk products, policies, enforcement programs, pilots, and operational initiatives
- Develop communication plans, messaging frameworks, enablement materials, and launch strategies
- Coordinate execution across seller-facing channels
- Gather and analyze seller feedback, engagement metrics, behavioral data, and operational insights
- Measure initiative effectiveness and recommend optimizations
- Translate seller insights into recommendations improving products, processes, and seller experiences
- Build cross-functional partnerships and represent the seller voice throughout planning and execution
- Support organizational readiness through internal communications, enablement, and stakeholder alignment
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 2 years’ experience in operations, project management, or a related area with a bachelor’s degree, or 4 years’ experience without the degree
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing, communications, customer engagement, go-to-market strategy, or a related discipline
- Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives
- Experience developing and executing communication or go-to-market strategies
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Experience using qualitative and quantitative data to inform decisions, measure impact, and drive continuous improvement
- Exceptional written, verbal, and executive communication skills
- Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive alignment
- Preferred: experience in eCommerce, online marketplaces, trust & safety, risk, compliance, or seller ecosystems
- Preferred: experience building customer engagement, enablement, or education programs at scale
- Preferred: customer research, behavioral insights, experimentation, and analytics experience
- Preferred: familiarity with customer journey mapping, communication strategy, content governance, and change management
- Preferred: MBA or advanced degree
- Preferred: Supervising Associates
- Preferred: Master’s in Economics
- Preferred: Project Management Professional certification
