About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Product Analysts supporting Data Ventures & Advertising
- Advise Product, Engineering, and Business stakeholders on data-informed product strategy and decision-making
- Identify product opportunities through customer insights, hypothesis-driven analysis, and product performance deep dives
- Define product KPIs, measurement strategies, and event instrumentation requirements
- Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests using statistical methods to measure product impact
- Build scalable dashboards, reporting, and self-service analytics solutions
- Leverage clickstream and behavioral data to improve customer experience and influence product roadmaps
- Deliver actionable insights and strategic recommendations that drive product innovation and business outcomes
- Partner cross-functionally to improve data quality and measure product impact
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field
- Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 9 years’ experience in product management
- Option 2: 11 years’ experience in product management or related area
- 8+ years of experience in Product Analytics, Data Science, or Business Analytics
- 3+ years of people leadership experience
- Experience hiring, developing, coaching, and leading high-performing analytics teams
- Experience in digital advertising, retail media, e-commerce, marketplace, or consumer technology
- Expertise in product analytics, experimentation, statistical analysis, and product measurement
- Strong SQL and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to influence Product, Business, and Engineering leaders through data-driven insights and lead through ambiguity
