About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own national supplier accounts shipping freight with Walmart Fleet
Manage data analytics, metrics, and transportation levels of service
Build partnerships with Walmart vendor accounts and stakeholders
Manage issues between transportation and suppliers to deliver strong levels of service
Implement and improve supply chain and replenishment processes with cross-functional teams
Research and analyze root causes of shipping, receiving, inventory, return, and other exceptions
Analyze stakeholder data to improve network efficiency and support supplier compliance
Provide actionable insights for cost reduction and service-level improvements
Guide field operations by communicating expectations and resolving escalated supplier and transporter issues
Monitor progress and implement effective business solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field OR 2 years’ experience in logistics, distribution, transportation, or related area
Proven expertise in supply chain management and analysis
Process improvement and root cause analysis experience
Experience influencing cross-functional teams to implement sustainable supply chain solutions
Supplier performance and transportation management skills
Ability to analyze complex data and provide actionable insights
Ability to support cost reduction and service-level improvements
Capability to build stakeholder partnerships and communicate operational expectations effectively
Commitment to continuous improvement, adaptability, integrity, and ethics
Preferred: Microsoft Office, Retail Operations, Transportation
Preferred: Master’s in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain
