Key responsibilities & impact

Apply advanced statistical and machine learning techniques to develop predictive models and extract actionable insights from complex data sets
Conduct exploratory data analysis, feature selection, and hypothesis testing
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into analytical solutions and scalable model deployments
Maintain data quality and governance standards throughout the data lifecycle
Develop, test, and optimize SQL and Python code for analytical workflows
Communicate findings through data visualization and reporting to influence business strategies
Mentor junior team members on modeling and analytical best practices
Contribute to scalable Search and Personalization solutions using machine learning, deep learning, and generative AI

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field and 2 years' experience in an analytics or related field; or Master's degree in those fields; or 4 years' experience in an analytics or related field
Expertise in data management, data quality standards, and governance
Strong proficiency in SQL and Python or R
Experience with statistical methods, machine learning algorithms, and predictive modeling
Ability to conduct exploratory data analysis, feature engineering, and model validation using optimization and testing methods
Familiarity with big data analytics platforms and tools, including AWS SageMaker
Understanding of business requirements and domain knowledge to translate data insights into actionable recommendations
