About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Build and deploy machine learning models supporting Search and Personalization use cases
Analyze customer behavior, search interactions, and product data to generate actionable insights
Develop features and datasets for model training and evaluation
Conduct offline experiments and support online A/B testing
Partner with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to implement scalable AI solutions
Monitor production model performance and identify opportunities for improvement
Document experiments and communicate findings to technical and business stakeholders
Continuously learn and apply emerging AI and machine learning techniques

Requirements

What you’ll need

Option 1: Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field and 2 years' experience in an analytics or related field
Option 2: Master's degree in Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
Option 3: 4 years' experience in an analytics or related field
Experience with machine learning, statistics, and predictive modeling
Strong programming skills in Python and SQL
Familiarity with ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or XGBoost
Understanding of experimentation methodologies and model evaluation
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Effective communication and collaboration abilities
Experience working with large datasets in cloud environments is preferred
