About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build and deploy machine learning models supporting Search and Personalization use cases
- Analyze customer behavior, search interactions, and product data to generate actionable insights
- Develop features and datasets for model training and evaluation
- Conduct offline experiments and support online A/B testing
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to implement scalable AI solutions
- Monitor production model performance and identify opportunities for improvement
- Document experiments and communicate findings to technical and business stakeholders
- Continuously learn and apply emerging AI and machine learning techniques
Requirements
What you’ll need- Option 1: Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field and 2 years' experience in an analytics or related field
- Option 2: Master's degree in Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
- Option 3: 4 years' experience in an analytics or related field
- Experience with machine learning, statistics, and predictive modeling
- Strong programming skills in Python and SQL
- Familiarity with ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or XGBoost
- Understanding of experimentation methodologies and model evaluation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities
- Experience working with large datasets in cloud environments is preferred
