Key responsibilities & impact

Implement and enhance supply chain and replenishment processes with cross-functional teams
Analyze shipping, receiving, inventory, and return data to identify root causes and improve network efficiency
Support supplier compliance and conduct performance reviews for merchandising, distribution centers, and suppliers
Liaise with field operations, communicate expectations, and resolve escalated issues
Lead process improvement initiatives using lean concepts and end-to-end costing
Build stakeholder partnerships, identify business needs, and monitor progress toward objectives

Requirements

Proven expertise in supply chain management and analysis
Strong focus on process improvement and root cause analysis
Experience leading cross-functional teams to implement sustainable supply chain solutions
Ability to analyze complex data sets and recommend cost-effective improvements
Supplier performance management and escalation management experience
Strong communication skills for collaboration with stakeholders, suppliers, and distribution centers
Commitment to compliance, ethical standards, and continuous improvement
2+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Replenishment, Inventory Management, or related retail operations
Experience creating dashboards and data visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools
Familiarity with SQL, Python, or other data analysis platforms
Familiarity with AI-powered tools for data analysis, automation, reporting, and operational efficiency
Familiarity with Walmart systems including WTMS, Transom, Blue Yonder, Retail Link, or similar platforms
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field OR 2 years’ experience in logistics, distribution, transportation, or related area
