Requirements

What you’ll need

Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, industrial engineering, engineering management, business, information systems, project/program management, information technology, finance, management, or related area and 5 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area
Option 2: 7 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area
2 years’ supervisory experience
Proven expertise in program and financial management
Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
Experience developing and implementing technology and organizational strategies aligned with business goals
Excellent decision-making abilities
Scenario planning and change management proficiency
Demonstrated success leading business operations and program development initiatives
Effective business communication skills
Ability to foster collaboration across teams and manage multiple priorities efficiently
Preferred: knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and digital accessibility best practices
