Key responsibilities & impact- Lead technology operations to align with organizational strategy and business objectives
- Manage cross-functional teams delivering operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives

- Develop and implement strategies supporting scalable and sustainable business operations

- Lead strategy and execution of return capabilities across Walmart’s international marketplace and fulfillment networks

Requirements
What you’ll need- Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, industrial engineering, engineering management, business, information systems, project/program management, information technology, finance, management, or related area and 5 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area
- Option 2: 7 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area
- 2 years’ supervisory experience
- Proven expertise in program and financial management
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
- Experience developing and implementing technology and organizational strategies aligned with business goals
- Excellent decision-making abilities
- Scenario planning and change management proficiency
- Demonstrated success leading business operations and program development initiatives
- Effective business communication skills
- Ability to foster collaboration across teams and manage multiple priorities efficiently
- Preferred: knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and digital accessibility best practices
