About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Coordinate and oversee program activities by developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders
- Lead cross-functional teams to implement program plans, monitor milestones, and ensure timely delivery of high-level deliverables
- Analyze program performance using key performance indicators and trend data
- Identify improvement opportunities and recommend strategic solutions
- Provide supervision, mentoring, and development opportunities for associates
- Communicate program status and performance reports to senior leadership
- Manage expectations and escalate critical issues as needed
- Foster collaboration across teams to enhance service capabilities and drive process improvements aligned with company values
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field and 2 years’ experience in project management, compliance, operations management, or related area; OR 4 years’ experience in project management, compliance, operations management, or related area
- Proven experience in program management coordinating and overseeing complex initiatives
- Strong cross-functional team leadership and relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication abilities for presenting performance reports and managing expectations
- Demonstrated accountability in driving results, monitoring progress, and implementing continuous improvements
- Ability to analyze program performance using key performance indicators and trend data
- Commitment to ethical standards and integrity
- Preferred: experience leading a cross-functional team, Retail Link, and profit and loss responsibilities
- Compliance with Walmart's drug-free workplace policy and no-tolerance policy regarding illegal drugs and alcohol on the job
