About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversee multiple floor plan and modular execution teams, ensuring accuracy and timely resolution of store-level issues
- Analyze project data to identify improvement opportunities and implement process enhancements across teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to resolve space planning challenges and communicate best practices
- Direct modular check-in, error resolution, and planogram updates
- Develop and execute business strategies aligned with customer needs and organizational goals
- Lead talent development initiatives, including recruitment, mentoring, and succession planning
- Foster partnerships and influence senior leadership to drive impactful business recommendations
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Mathematics, or related field and 5 years’ experience in retail management, category management, replenishment, supplier sales, finance, or related area OR 7 years’ experience in those areas
- Proven leadership experience managing multiple teams focused on floor plan and modular execution
- Expertise in analyzing operational processes and implementing effective solutions
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills for resolving complex space planning issues
- Ability to develop and execute business strategies aligned with customer needs and company goals
- Experience driving continuous improvement initiatives and leveraging data analytics to influence senior management decisions
- Commitment to talent development through coaching, mentoring, and succession planning
