About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and execute strategies that scale Walmart's global Financial Services portfolio
  • Identify market and industry growth opportunities and translate insights into recommendations, priorities, and actionable roadmaps
  • Partner cross-functionally to evaluate, prioritize, and launch new capabilities that enhance customer experience and drive growth
  • Establish scalable processes, frameworks, and best practices to improve execution and accelerate innovation across markets
  • Define and monitor key business and operational metrics to measure performance and inform decision-making
  • Advance Walmart's broader Financial Services strategy by ensuring solutions complement priority products and create meaningful retail outcomes across the omnichannel ecosystem
  • Support additional strategic initiatives as needed

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Marketing, Engineering, or related field and 5 years' experience in consumer services industry, project management, product management, process improvement, retail operations, or related area OR 7 years' experience in those areas
  • 1 year's supervisory experience
  • Demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional initiatives across Product, Technology, Operations, Marketing, Legal, Finance, and other enterprise partners
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills
  • Experience developing business strategies, evaluating new opportunities, and building compelling business cases
  • Experience building, launching, or managing Financial Services, Payments, Banking, FinTech, or related products
  • Proven ability to translate insights into scalable products, capabilities, or experiences
  • Experience defining KPIs and success metrics to measure business impact and guide decision-making
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to operate in fast-paced, complex environments and deliver measurable results
