Key responsibilities & impact

  • Direct sales strategies, manage key accounts, and oversee procurement processes
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard high-quality sellers
  • Build trusted relationships and influence senior stakeholders
  • Prospect, qualify, and cold-call companies
  • Develop and close high-impact deals
  • Foster talent development and promote integrity, adaptability, and high performance

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years of successful experience in sales, business development, channel partnerships, business management, product marketing, omni-channel merchandising, or a related field
  • Required experience in eCommerce
  • Marketplace or retail technology experience preferred
  • Proven ability to build strong business relationships and influence senior stakeholders
  • Experience prospecting, qualifying, and cold-calling companies
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Self-motivated and self-directed
  • Initiative in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
  • Experience with eCommerce used and refurbished sellers is a plus
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills to build trust and influence stakeholders
  • Experience in 3P Marketplace
  • Track record of developing and closing high-impact deals
  • Ability to distinguish Walmart from the competition
  • Results-oriented leadership and ownership track record
  • Ability to lead by influence and translate between commercial and operational audiences
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Marketing, or related field and 2 years' experience in business development, market development, product development, or related area, OR 4 years' experience in business development, market development, product development, or related area
