Key responsibilities & impact

Design and organize project plans, timelines, and deliverables for operational initiatives
Facilitate stakeholder meetings to analyze, implement, and recommend operational processes
Develop and manage project requests and resource allocation
Communicate status updates to key stakeholders
Identify root causes and propose data-driven solutions to improve operations

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or related field OR 2 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area
Proven experience in operations management, including project planning, resource allocation, and process improvement
Strong business analysis skills
Ability to identify root causes and develop data-driven solutions
Effective communication skills for engaging stakeholders and conveying project status and outcomes
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with product management, merchandising, and engineering teams
Expertise in developing and implementing operational tools, scorecards, and tracking mechanisms
Commitment to ethical standards and integrity
Adaptability to organizational changes and competing priorities
Project Management Professional certification listed as a preferred qualification
