About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Define and execute multi-quarter product vision and strategy for complex or related products
Build deep customer and market understanding through data analysis, design thinking, and feedback mechanisms
Own product roadmaps across discovery, development, launch, and post-launch value realization
Drive data-driven decisions through advanced analytics, experimentation, and AI opportunity assessment
Collaborate with Engineering on architecture, feasibility, technical direction, and innovation
Mentor product managers and promote rigorous discovery and launch readiness
Align stakeholders and communicate product plans
Lead strategy and execution for Walmart Connect reporting products
Drive measurable business value and innovation across the product lifecycle

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 7 years’ experience in product management; alternatively, 9 years’ experience in product management or related area
Proven experience driving product strategy and managing roadmaps for complex or related product sets
Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority
Expertise in customer and business needs analysis using design thinking, journey mapping, and data-driven decision making
Ability to define product vision, KPIs, and trade-offs aligned with business outcomes
Proficiency leveraging emerging technologies and AI to identify innovation opportunities
Experience mentoring product managers and promoting rigorous discovery and launch readiness
Ability to navigate technical discussions and drive execution across multiple business plans
Knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA standards and assistive technologies is preferred
Must comply with Walmart’s drug-free workplace and no-tolerance policy regarding illegal drugs and alcohol on the job
