Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies for mid- to senior-level talent
Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to assess candidate fit and manage priority tradeoffs
Build and maintain stakeholder relationships to understand evolving talent requirements
Provide consultative guidance on sourcing strategy and hiring needs
Leverage competitive intelligence and market insights to improve sourcing approaches and candidate quality
Manage multiple projects and deliver results on time
Conduct interest and qualification screens
Drive quality candidate submittals aligned with business needs and hiring criteria
Build long-term talent pipelines and identify emerging talent trends

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field; OR equivalent work experience
Minimum option: Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or related area and 2 years’ experience in human resources, talent acquisition, or a related area
Alternative minimum: 4 years' experience in candidate sourcing, recruiting, or talent acquisition in a staffing agency or corporate environment
3+ years of sourcing or talent acquisition experience stated in the role qualifications
Expertise in talent sourcing, sourcing strategy development, and sourcing tools
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships
Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and deliver results within established timelines
Deep understanding of recruiting concepts, candidate screening, and talent pipelining for mid- to senior-level roles
Accountability for quality candidate submittals aligned with business needs and hiring criteria
Process improvement mindset, initiative, and proactive approach
